The Perth Mint’s Australian Silver Kangaroo features the standard Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse and a lively, jumping kangaroo on the reverse. The coin also features a special new security feature. A small, engraved letter ‘A’ (for Australia) has been added to ‘Australian’ in the coin’s title stamp but it can only be seen under magnification, making it very hard for forgers to replicate.

The coin boasts 1 oz. of .9999 pure silver.
